Al-Falaq
The Daybreak
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ﴿1﴾
SAY: "I SEEK refuge with the Lord of rising day
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ﴿2﴾
From the evil of what He has created,
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ﴿3﴾
And the evil of evening darkness when it overspreads,
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ﴿4﴾
From the evil of sorceresses who blow incantations on knots,
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ﴿5﴾
From the evil of the envier when he envies.
